Well, to be fair, I assume it was beef; I guess it could’ve been giraffe or something. It was a pretty good steak; I’d say a step below a steak you’d get at Applebee’s or Chili’s, which is really pretty good for a dining facility that has to feed hundreds of soldiers each day.
